Q for Epox Tech

My 8RDA+ keeps losing the USB Optical mouse and PS/2 keyboard randomly on reboots. I tried unhooking the PWR LED, HD LED, RST, and SPKR plugs from the mother board and I have tried different PS/2 keyboards and different USB mouses (yes, mouses. mice is incorrect no matter what they say. ) It has done this since day one. It doesn't matter what hardware I have installed. I have tried every bios released from Epox too. Should I RMA the board ? What are the chances of getting another 8RDA+ with the same problem ?

Specs:
XP2400+ (no o/c) (Koolance watercooled)
8RDA+ with latest bios (unkown revision, it's a 1.0 or 1.1)
450w KingWin PS
Radeon AIW 9700 Pro
Audigy2 retail (just installed, the onboard sound stinks)
512megPC2700 Samsung OEM
512megPC2700 Nanya
2x 40gig WD
40x12x40x Plextor
16x Pioneer DVD
Internal USB 2.0 card reader
WinXP Pro with SP1 installed
All hardware drivers are up to date.

Read my post again, I tried that already. I think I'll RMA it back to Newegg. I'll just have to use the old Slot A 900 for a week.

Try another board. You do have friends, dont you?
