![]() Hi all in this great forum! I really would like some input from U guys here, I´m thinking of changing my mobo from 8k7a+ to 8kha+ ... Are there any real benefits in doin so? please enlighten me! BTW I´m really comfortable with the 8k7a+ so that´s why I´m asking ..... Happy holidays!

Sit tight with your 8K7A if you are happy with it. I had a 8K7A earlier and the switch to 8KHA+ was not worth it. Not that 8KHA+ is bad in anyway but not better than 8K7A in my opinion.

Upgrades are ALWAYS recommended! If you find it wasn't a worthwhile upgrade, just roll back the hardware, then use the spare parts to build ANOTHER rig! That's how my parents went from a P1 133 to a PIII 500. I just used spare parts I had to build them a computer. (A P1 133 with DSL is like a firehose aimed at a teacup.)

Ideal upgrade paths for 8K7A+ would be 8KHA2 or 8KHA3 with their superb RAID offerings.
