Flashing bios

I own two Epox 8K7A+ boards which I will be using for SETI crunching, they both need the bios updating but as I dont have a floppy drive I was wondering if there was any other way to flash it ?
Much appreciated

The only other way is to take your BIOS chips to friends house who also owns 8K7A and flash the BIOS chips in his machine after booting and removing his BIOS after a full POST in a hot swap fashion.

Due to the obvious risks involved with this practice we cannot recommend this action be taken out by an end user.

The most effective (and cheapest solution) is the simple purchase of a floppy drive.

or....... borrow one even cheaper!

i still cant understand the thing about having to flash from a floppy tho.... hey wait a sec! epox tech, could you do it from a CDROM? i know u can boot from one, so im guessing there is no reason why u cant flash the bios from it.. so long as you can write the bios file to the CD i think it should work....
