Shut system down, unplug! Remove and reseat your memory sticks, remove and reseat your video card, they should all SNAP into place, hook it all back up, and power up.

Hello MickeY2003 and Welcome to AOA Forums!

I take it that all of this is a bit new to you. ":O}

What golfer49 meant was that you should remove these items and reinstall them to make sure they are seated properly in to their respective slots.

They are meant to be tight fitting and require a bit (Not to much) of a firm hand when installing them.

Please fell free to ask about anything your unsure of.

Well.. ouh that. I did that a plenty of times with no sucsess....
But now the computer wont start I dont know.. so u dont htink its the memory ... cos this Epox motherboard supports only PC2700 (I just found PC2700 333mhz on thier homepage www.epox.com, but when I checked the store they said that motherboard suports RAM to PC3200......
so my question is: if my computer wont start now havbe I burn the motherboard? and if I have that is it the STORE who will pay me a new one cos they told its supportet PC3200 and it did not....

greetings

Memory is backwards compatible, if you installed PC4000, it would work...................try removing the motherboard from the case, put it on a non-conductive surface, like wood or cardboard, and hook it all back up, and retest. You may have created a short when it was installed into the case?
