8rda3+ Power saving modes in XP

I've got an 8rda3+ rev 1.1, running in Windows XP. I was trying out the Standby mode in Windows, and instead of resuming operation, the system either rebooting totally, or would start beeping an alternating high/low pitch.

Do I have to do anything special to configure it? I tried setting it to S1, S3 and also S1&S3. All three settings don't resume from Standby.

Could this be related to any problems with the rev 1.1? I still have some time that I can RMA the board to newegg, during.
