You guys ever hear of self-fulfilling prophecies?

It most likely means you'll know when EPoX UK knows.

The nVidia System Utility is already supported on 8RDA+ motherboard. This is documented on nVidia's web pages.

I suspect you actually mean "When will nVidia System Utility provide advanced access to the features on the 8RDA+ motherboard?"

O really?

The ******* is listed there as well. Isn't it?
That certainly didn't stop them from doing this http://www.amdforums.com/showthread....hreadid=275887 , http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36698

So the question in first post stands for who may answer.

I don't want to be the boring one, but do you REALLY need it that bad?

Honestly, isn't all those options already on BIOS?

Although it might speed up the initial phase of overclocking, it's not that much necessary.

Or do I miss something?

You make it sound like if you don't have it, you're missing something very important.

But I do understand you right to ask, I've tried with my 8k3a to have a single option added to BIOS (a really important one, that can't be changed while the system is running) and never got it. So, if I want to change it I have to keep swapping BIOS versions (duh ).

I think this nVidia software is more like a "fun thing" than a really useful piece of software.

Ok. Install and execute the nVidia system utility. Does it run at all? Can it alter anything? Well, that means it's [b]supported[b]. Not supported means it won't run, will quit with an error, lock up the machine etc.

It may not provide the options that *YOU* want, but that's not the same thing as not supported.

Of course there's basic options, common to all motherboards WITHOUT the required Bios updates and/or oem ini files.

Hmm, 'm not very happy with the answers, maybe because none of them were answering my first question ? Or better, this question ?

I want to use the utility to underclock my puter without restarting. And, BTW, Aedan, yes, supported means that it runs, but this doesn't mean that I can't ask for more features, no ? I'm very curious about this, as you see, another company did something for their customers, this one will do it ? I usually doesn't dissapoint me, but this time it seems it will -> resulting in my second system being built on the other company's mobo, although I like better EPoX.

Lightbulb

WOW, I was asking the same question a week or two ago, got no answer and chill out. Do I really need that Nvidia...program...utility...I saw something similar on gigabyte called Easy Tune and I was not very impressed. Now I think I don't need that. Epox keep doing this amazing boards and if someone will not buy them because of some program...utility that's his problem!!!

This is getting REALLY childish. Are you guys really so uninformed as to think you can bagger your way to an answer?

Well I'm not. The truth you will not except, is the one I gave you. You will know When EPoX UK knows and all your sniveling won't lessen that by one day.

You can't live without it, buy another board! But stop cluttering this topic with stupid threats, inane observations and uninformed innuendos.

You think you can get a better deal else where?

Then you'd be fools not to go elsewhere. In any case this thread has become nothing more than badgering which is not permitted in this topic.

I hope I've made both my thoughts and my feelings abundantly clear.

I would have thought that a Site Admin would be more diplomatic and lead by example. This was probably the most childish post in this thread.
