8K9A7I 400Mhz bus possible?

I was wondering ig the 8k9a7i has the proper AGP/PCI dividers for 400Mhz bus operation. I know "Officially" it only supports 333Mhz bus, however I ask because both my 8K3AE and 8K5A2 "Officially" supported only 266Mhz bus, yet it had the proper dividers and ran stable on 333Mhz bus speed. One with an Athlon XP 2200+ (166x11) and the other with a 1.2Ghz Duron(166x7.5).

Sorry, no.
It isn't about official or unofficial. The 8K3a series used the KT333 chipset which had a 1/5 PCI divider. So does the 8k5a.

The 8k9a7i uses a KT400a chipset, which unfortunately also supports a 1/5 PCI divider. To get a 1/6 for "in spec" 200mhz operation, you have to go to a KT600 solution.

You may be able to overclock to 200, but PCI would be running at 40mhz.

The KT chipset with these dividers is the KT600 chipset.

Market segmentation sort of dictates that value mainboards for value processors (266 & 333FSB) and premium mainboards for premium processors (333 & 400FSB).

So NForce 2 Ultra 400 mainboards are those which EPoX presently recommends for XP3200+. The product presently gap filling for the EP-8KRA2+ that is now obsolete is the EP-8RDA3+.
