Epox 4PCA3+ U36 chip

I need some help in locating a datasheet for U36 on the rev 2.2 Epox 4PCA3+ Mainboard. Myself and some guys at extreme are trying to successfully volt mod a rev 2.2 beyond 3-3.05V for Vdimm.

Our attempts so far have not worked fully. I cannot determine who makes the component used in U36 adjacent to the ddr memory slots below and above the FET's for the memory.

Anyhelp appreciated. And no the release bios with 3.3V on memory does not really raise the voltage above 3V.

I am extremely unhappy with this board, it does not have the spec. it was advertised to have and its overclock is horriffic compared to my Abit boards. This will likely be my last Epox P4 board at least for awhile. It's my fault for not checking around better, everywhere you look this board rev 2.2 gets bad reviews and nobody is happy. For those of us with the capability to run +290FSB and those of us who can run 285FSB 1:1 we need more memory voltage among other things. The other mods work fine.

Anyway, any thoughts?

I just read the extra rules governing this forum and realize I borderline broke some. Please accept my apology and realize that I think Epox boards are the BEST. SIMPLY THE BEST. Thats a fact. However with P4's and in this particular case they are not. I am simply angry at wasting 120 dollars. Epox is known for their AMD prowess as Abit is for Intel Chipsets.

Thats it. I better shut up

Go look at this, it may contain the info you are looking for. If not, come back and I'll see if I can help you out. I'll need a pic of the chip in question, though, 'cause I don't have the board.
