Thats great... I'm thinking of getting the Kingmax too but was unsure whether to get the PC2400 or the PC2700 because I heard of unconfirmed reports that it runs at CL3 to get that high. At what CL do you run your Kingmax?

Hi, I am using Kingmax PC2400 265mb, just wanna check with you what is your Vmem setting to enable the FSB run this high ? So far I dare not try to pump my Vmem over 2.9V so what I did was to activate the 3/4 memory divider to run at 10x160 and 10x166fsb.

Re: Finally hit 190 FSB with 8K7A! heu lets see how kingmax pc2700 stacks up to corsair 2400. now i realize my 8kha+ will be a little faster with the kt266a chipset but I too am running 190fsb and thought it might be neat to do a comparison. set to 190 in the bios, however sandra reports it as 191 http://overclockage.50megs.com/memory.jpg Quote:

GRRRrrrrrr I tried looping 3dmark2001 and prime95 and i kept getting crashes!!! I keep getting unstability until i lower it to 172! Any ideas on how to make my system more stable at higher clocks?? My vcore is maxed and cooling isn't an issue. Could it by harddrive corruption or something like that?? or Should i get a cooling kit for my memory???
