Epox 8RDA3+ & Nvidia System Utility

On the Nvidia website it says :

"Advanced product functionality is only available on the products below. This advanced functionality requires specific vendor support files from the motherboard or system vendor. These support files can only be found at the vendor’s site. Please contact your vendor directly for these support files.

NVIDIA nForce2:
ASUS A7N8X-E
Biostar M7NCG
Epox EP-8RDA+
Epox EP-8RDA3+
ABIT NF7-S "

Where can i find this file for my 8RDA3+ as I have tried Epox.com and Epox.org and had no joy.

Thanks

It's not on the CD I have and mine is a rev. 3.2 very recent I think.
Can anyone answer this question ? It would be nice to try different settings on the fly, although you can do that, you just have to go back to the bios to make it permanent I think..Anyway, I'll be looking for these support files also, Ironfire...good luck

I'm alittle confused?? The nvidia Utility is asking for certin files to activate the "advance overclocking features" tab.

The files needed should be supplyed by the Board manufactor, according to Nvidia.

If the files are on the CD, then what Exactly do you do with the files to enhance the Nvidia utility??

I was always told when the utility is installed and you have the option to use the advance tab then good. But if the Tab is shaded out then you are out of Luck.

That file or directory doesnt exist on my CD, all I have is USDM1.09.1, Magicscreen and MAGIC BIOS. I have one of the first ever released 8RDA3+'s so maybe the driver CD doesnt have the file.

Can some one lease host it for me so I can grab a copy, thanks alot.

Hiya Guys,

If it is that your 8RDA3+ is of a new enough revision to support NVSU 1 or 2 BETA, it will have the software on the CD, pre-configured for EPoX board, however if not it won't.

I can't remember the specifics at the moment, I've only got up this early to take a phone call!!

Hmm I just tried the files somebody sent me from there CD and my PC instantly hung, black screened and my Prommie temps bottomed so the CPU basicaly got turned off as it was producing no heat.

I guess mine wont then, any chance of a bios update that will enable it ?

I have a revision 3.1 board. There are no support files for the NVSU on my MB CD. Are we looking for vapourware?

I just finished installing My EP-8RDA3+ rev 3.2. I installed the nvidia utility that was on the CD.

I am able to adjust the voltages / FSB/AGP bus/ memory timeings. The only difference is the Voltages. never have been able to adjust Voltages on the Other Nforce2 boards I have had using the Nvidia utility.
