Bios problem in 8RDA6+PRO

In the 8RDA6+PRO the silicon image sata raid function control is added
in the latest bios version. The thing is it's always on in windows, even though i've disabled it in bios. This make hard conflict with my SCSI and VGA so windows crash. So i need to manual disable it in windows.
I've mailed epox about this, but i can't get a real answer from them.

I need to know if this is only on my board, or is it a problem with latest bios?
'cus the manual says the silicon image raid is optional.
That must mean it can be disabled, or ?

Help appreciated.
