Arrow Burn In Testing

Question, when burning in a your system like with sandra or cpu burn-in , is it better to just let the burn prog run while computer idles or is it important to try to use the system normally during burn in to determine whether it will be stable jus wondering play it or walk away? This is on a 8kha+ mobo btw.

burning in has never been proven to work, no one really knows!

since sisoft burn in uses the CPU 100% i cant see how trying other stuff would make the burn in better, since u cant use more than 100%...

some people say use the lowest voltage u can for burn in, others say just crank it up, its not a scientific thing at all really!
