DRAM Clock/Drive Control settings

Greetings OC'ers,
My system is extremely unstable...it's the 8K5A2, the old battle axe, and I have a 512 stick of crucial PC2100. I just flashed using the latest BIOS yet I still have frequent reboots or bluescreens + reboots. One clue may be that the startup information after the memory test read (accurately) that my CPU's FSB is 266 and that my DRAM clock is 333/PC2700, which is not correct. When I go into BIOS DRAM Clock/Drive Control under System Performance it says my current FSB Frequency is 133 and my current DRAM frequency is 166, and DRAM clock is 133. I have tried changing the DRAM clock to "By SPD" but it doesn't help.

I am not currently OC'ing...I'm just trying to get a stable system and go from there. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

and look under memory and spd.
and in bios under freq/voltage control set dimm to 2.70V ( +0.20 )
