Question 8kha+ rev2.0 / severe pci problems

got a heavy populated pci bus and suffering from software and bios settings independent and intermittend stall crashes especially with video overlay and usb.

i had to arrange the cards in just that order or suffer immediate malfunction at pci periphial access.

even with this -only working- pci card arrangement order, syslog reports halted usb 1.1 controller when usin usb webcam and video overlay, really bad.

yes, tried all possible irq (acpi-routed) and bios pci settings, no influence and same behaviour with windos

any hints were appreciated. thx.

this is the bus in short:

just tested again - solved with capacitor an power supply renewal yesterday.

you run into problems with below 4.8 Volts on this pci bus.
