| Keyboard dead on 9NDA3+ Just rebuilt a machine using the 9NDA3+ board and they keyboard port appears to be goosed. Tried several keyboards and I've tried a USB keyboard. This board is brand new. The 3 lights flash on the keyboard when it first powers up. When the board gets as far as "7F", waiting for me to press F1 for BIOS set-up, the keyboard is dead, no caps lock lights, etc. Tried disconnecting all drives and switch headers, still no joy.

| maybe a daft question but youve tried clearing the cmos? have you put the board back in another case or removed it from the present one at all? |

| Tried clearing CMOS. This board is brand spanking new, never used. It's a box I'm rebuilding for a mate.

| I've dismantled it now. I'll give it a last ditch attempt in the morning before arranging an RMA. The dual channel memory kit I bought to go with it refuses to work as well. Says that the modules are compatible on the Corsair site, but they won't work on either of the 9NDA3+ boards I have here. They're a matched pair of CMX512-3200C2PT. They'll have to go back as well...

| Ive run a matched pair of XMS 4400 C25PT on my 9NDA3+ without problems. But the XP90 I put on it is another story, completely destroyed the board because of the 1 inch long mounting screws.

I'll test them on another type of board tomorrow before sending them back.

| One of the RAM modules is faulty, the other works.

| Ok, I got my 9nda3+ working again, but lost any kind of overclock, plus dual channel no longer works. In fact, only 1 dimm at a time works. using auto settings and another pair of 512 sticks, still C1 on post with 2 sticks. Damm, I really liked this board, but I'm going to order a rev2 tonight.

| I do not believe it! Got the replacement 9NDA3+, they tested the first one and could find nothing wrong with it. Keyboard working. But, sent another one to me, just in case. So, I fitted the new one and the same thing happened. Gets as far as the health screen with the "Press F1 to continue, DEL to enter set-up" message. But, keyboard is totally dead! After, swapping out every component in the box and trying it out of the case, still no joy. So, for some reason (last ditch) I hold down the DEL key before even powering on and keep it depressed. This time the keyboard comes to life, prior to the POST/health screen, and I get into the BIOS screens! So, it all works fine now. Why the keyboard is dead when the board is used for the very first time I don't know.
