Help!, no display on my EP-8RDA3+

My Epox 8RDA3+ has no display, and has a beeping sound. like an ambulance
siren. Never did anything to my BIOS never updated it.

My mobo is not Oced at 200mhz fsb. been using it for three years already and this is the first time it happened. Also at first I thought it was on the videocard that has the problem but when I tested it on another computer the VC works, when I put it back to my Rig power it on then theres no display and
with a beeping sound. It just happened without warning.

Before all that happened I was doing a routine clean for my PC and MOBO removing the heatsink applying new arctic silver. when turinging it on it was working fine about 20 minutes, then after restarting it then the display is gone, with the beeping sound.

My Epox 8RDA3+ has an earlier revision the one with a rounded northbridge heatsink, I dont know exactly what is the revisions but i'm sure its an old one.

I REally liked epox MOBS though but before I would buy a new MOBO, hopefully theres someone that could shed a life saver suggestion/help to my MOBO. Thanks, in advance

Heres some of my spec:

Proc: AMD Athlon XP 1700+ (JIUHB)
VideoCard: Gigabyte Nvidia Gforce FX 5900XT 128MB

Beeping sound like an ambulance is generally the sound that the attansic thermal monitor makes when it detects that either the CPU has overheated, or some other serious problem has occured.

Try checking that your heatsink is on correctly - reseat it if necessary. This is especially so as it occured after you removed the heatsink!

Tried to reseat the heatsink but still no effect.

Also the error led is on # 25, then the beeping starts.
