RMA Response Time?

Greetings everyone! Sorry for the long post.
I recently purchased an 8RDA3IPro from Newegg.com and received it on 5/6. I removed everything from my previous (working 8KHA+) system and transplanted it on the new mb. Fired it up all fans and hd spin up but I get no picture and computer won`t post. The post LED immediately displays "FF" and goes no further. So I try switching the cpu out with another known working one (XP1600). Still nothing but instant code FF. After 2 hours of switching memory sticks, more working cpus, clearing cmos, pulling cmos battery and checking the voltage, I sit back and scratch my head thinking maybe the BIOS is botched. So I ordered a new one from Epox figuring an extra wouldnt hurt anyway and might save some time to RMA. Received the new chip on 5/13 popped out the old one and put in the new. No difference! Instant FF! Okay its time to RMA this thing. Went to Epox USA and registered the board then filled out and submitted the RMA request form. That was on 5/13 3pm their time. I have not received any response yet. I telephoned them and left a "recorded RMA" yesterday. Anyone know how long it takes to just get any kind of response on this issue? I hate running on my backup system.

Previous system:
Epox 8KHA+
XP 2400+
2 sticks 256m crucial pc2100, 1 stick 512m pc2700
WD 120gig hd
MSI Geforce 6600GT
Hercules Fortissimo 2 Sound
Liteon 52x24x52 CDRW
Thermaltake W0014 480 Watt PS

Have you checked the RMA status on their US website?

It purports to have this service.

I finally got a Ticket #. The problem was that if you take too much time filling out the RMA form the website logs you out and the form will not be submitted.

Which can be a little misleading depending on whether you shipped it UPS/Fedex "next day air" or USPS "whenever we get around to it".
