9NPA+ Ultra + Venice experiences?

Hello there,

Im about to build a system based on the above combo.
Ive been reading this and others forum and found out that some people are having problems with it (mostly minor ones).

Id like to know form people that actually have that combo, their experiences (good or bad).
Was the system working right after built or was it necessary to do something to get it stable and such?

i had a few problems with the drivers but got it sorted out in the end. it now runs great

I have two questions about this mobo:

1 - Is there any problem if i populate all 4 memory slots in this motherboard?

I'm not going to OC. I'm thinking about using 4 512mb PC3200 DDR400 sticks (corsair value 2.5). Will i have any problem?

2 - What's the board revision right now? 1.0? Is there going to be a new revision anytime soon that i should wait for?
