VOLTAGE PROBLEM ON epox 8rda3I

I have an EPOX 8RDA3i,XP 1800,512 DDR GEIL value,Maxtor 40 GB,SIRTEC 360W power suply.
I installed this mainboard yesterday,everything worked well.
But when i installed SANDRA 2005,voltaje on -12V is 7V.
And voltaje on line 3,3V is 2,8V.
I tried with another power supply,and the same voltaje here.
What can i do?
I know the power supply is good.
I reset the bios and baterie.
Do you have any ideea?

And with MBM5(another voltaje program) the voltaje on 12V is 7V and on 3,3V is 2,7V.
I play Far Cry,Vice City,World of Warcraft,and the computer seems very stable.

And with the actual software supplied with the mainboard not a 3rd party software ?

With mainboard software,i tried,but i can-t find the 3,3 V line and -12V .
This date is from her software program:

Vbat-3,184 V

Where is the -12V and 3,3V line?
Epox are crazy,they don't interesting this 2 voltaje line?
3,3V line is very important.

Use multimeter in lieu of reasonable values etc.

Sandra's notorious for getting voltage readings wrong. As far as the -12V line goes, who uses it any more? As far as the 3.3V line, it's not getting major use either, as most components are powered at lower or higher voltages.
