Help OC'ing the 9NPA+ SLi

I'm having trouble OC'ing this. I must not be doing something when I try.

Epox 9NPA+ SLi mobo
2GB Geil Value Ram
Antec TPII 550W PSU
San Diego 3700+
eVGA 6800GS

That's the set up. I got it up to 2300 but Windows wouldn't load for anything above that. I have stock cooling and stock everything else also.

Any tips or mobo settings would be great.

I got it up to 2.47 but would like to go higher. Any other suggestions?

throw a ram divider on that value ram. thats holding you back.

Set HTT to 3x , change mem freq to 133mhz . Also give your CPU more voltage.
With an air cooling you can add max about 1.5v to CPU . happy testing.
