wow long time no see

Well its been a while since I posted or visited this site. notice my signup date. It looks really great from the early days. I cant belive even Mooky is still here. Anyway since I have been out of the loop as far as the sweet spot as far as mobo and cpu combos go, what is it today. seems like its more complicated to find a good combo for the money, athlon64 clawhammer, venice, newcastle. I am really behind. Holy cow,and the mobo choices. Its been way too long, any ideas about this. or maybe a good guide you can point to. I have alot of reading to do...lol

Welcome back!

Depends on your needs, wants, budget, ability and preferance.

If your into Oc'ing, you could pick up an Opteron 144 and a DFI CFX 3200 (or Asus)
