Intel LGA775 805 + DDR400

Looked interesting for £80+vat (considering the cost of the opterons have gone up in the few months I have owned a 146), till I noticed new ram was necessary.

What board would suit a bit of overclocking and still use DDR400 1Gb sticks?

Like my current 9npaj sli (opteron 2.7Ghz), I dont need firewire or the 2nd sata-II ports.

seems to be DDR2. damn nice board though and with the CPU at those prices it is rather tempting.

Anything on the ati r200 chipset would do you then. As that supports
a) dual core
b) ddr ram

asrock make a board that suits, dont know how well it overclocks though.

this board has just had a new revision 2 which enables support for the conroe as well

Sheiks - anything P4, DDR I and Dual core's generally not looking to be an all out overclocking piece for that 805. I'd be on for making the memory jump to DDR2 if it were me and the 2 x 4GHz goal.
