Up n running

Well the good news is I think I am over the hump with this board I am actually running it for this post. Time will tell if it will be as dependable as my sig board. One serial drive became undetectable during install so off it goes to seagate. This board seems to run smooth so far.

I have a little problem with the mem sticks. I can't run them as a pair. Did mem test 86 for several hours the other night with no errors. I tried loading a game and the os locked up. I was running optomized defaults when this happened. I will try again later. My concern is I have memory sticks that run at 2-2-2-5-2.

According to Corsair these sticks are not recommended for this board. The sticks recommended are 2-3-3-5-2.
Should I manually run what corsair recommends for timings? What is the consensus? Could this be why I have lockups? I have upped the voltage to 2.8 on the memory, .10 on the agp, .10 on the CPU, and .05 on the chipset. Temps appear to be good 29c on the board and 35c on the chip. I might up the v on the chipset if I have further problem?

TIA
G

Didn't get a chance to do much with this before it crashed. Oh well lets see what epox does.

I get a C1 code when I install both sticks. I tried each dimm seperatly and found that only dimm one reads the chip properly. C1 code in dimm 2 or 3. I even tried another cheap 256 in each slot same problem. Waiting on answer from epox support
