9NDA3+ and G-Skill F1-3200PHU2-2GBNS - Slots?

Today my new RAM arrived with 30% off from GSkill
G-Skill F1-3200PHU2-2GBNS (2* 1024 MB)

I have some questions:
- i cannot use slot #1 and #2 (will return single beeep, C1 error)
- i can use slot #1 and #3

RAM specs: 2.5 - 3-3-6 (2.6V) Double Sided (DS)
BIOS was reset to AUTO (2T,3,6,3)
and mhz to 200*11, RAM=AUTO (-> DDR400@191)
to start with stable condition after ram change

Startup screen tell me that RAM is running @2T and 64bit.
manual tells me that 64bit DS RAM has to be in #1 and #3 instead 128bit in #1/#2

I found several pages which told me that this ram can run @1T but BIOS wont do it - switches back to 2T.

1: how can i use #1/#2 for the dual channel advantage? (possible with this ram?)
2: how to switch on 1T (less important)

actual settings: CPU/RAM @233 multi=11.5, HT@936 (4*234), CPU has real 2680 mhz, seems stable

settings before: CPU@216, ram@200, multi=12. RAM was 3*512MB SD in slot #1 to #3 (hangs sometime at reboot, long run was rock stable)
