What is '3/88v '...never heard of it. Anyway, I'd bag USDM for the moment and install Motherboard Monitor 5 to see whats going on with your voltages. What does BIOS report for voltages?

Did you select Winbond 2 Diode as your CPU sensor and Winbond 1 as your case sensor in MBM5?. It's a common mistake to get those settings wrong. You should have posted back, we could have saved you a rebuild.

I'm not sure why that was happening, very strange. Nevertheless, if you did not select Winbond 2 Diode as your CPU sensor and Winbond 1 as your case sensor in Motherboard Monitor, your temps would be way off.

I get the same thing with my 8k3a+ and mbm-usdm. I just got tired of messing with 'em, if my rig crashes then it's too hot. I don't think the cpu temp is even close in the bios, I run naked now.

Cool temps

Vcool, install it.

watch temps as read from the internal diode, halt command lowers temps for everyday use.

it displays fan rpms and temps, what else do you need??? voltages can be observed at boot with the PC Health activated.
