It says the supported ram type is "DDR - SDRAM". Is that just DDR ram or does it mean the old kind as well (ya know, PC133 etc etc)?

The full name for DDR is actually DDR SDRAM. As in Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.

Sorry, but the 8K5A3+ only supports DDR SDRAM.
