Vcore, hirchman clip question
 

How do you get the hirshman clip to clip on properly, mine seems to fall off very easily!

Agreed, it works loose over time..

I hope somebody has some ideas bout this..

Using this for voltage mod?

If you look end on at the clip, you will notice that the two outer combs are a little thicker than the rest. This is fine when the clip is for the exact pin count of the chip, but in our case the clip only covers part of the chip.
Answer, file one of the outer combs down to the same thickness as the middle combs. This way the clip will lock onto the chip as it is supposed too. ;)

Maybe you can try changing it to use this clip.
It is easier to use.

The pomoma SMD grabber is ideal for a single or maybe dual resistor mods, but when your talking five resistor mods it's going to start getting a bit messy.
