Sony replacing PSPs with dead pixels? According to this story at CNET, Sony is agreeing to replace Playstation Portables that have 'dead' pixels on a case-by-case basis. They request that you try the unit for 'a couple of weeks' and if the dead pixel issue is excessively annoying, they will work with you to try to achieve a satisfactory solution. If you have a PSP with this issue, we'd like to hear from you, especially if you are trying to get it replaced. |
