Exclamation AOA BF2 Team kick a22

OK who's up to join our TEAM?

To enrol in AOA BF2 TEAM just show up in this thread and say what you would like to be...commander, squad leader, soldier....
Also it would be nice to have your nick names that you use in the game if different than your AOA nick.

Today I entered a game with just 2 opponents. So I found myself there and I apllied as commander and in less than 20 min we were more than 30 players on this map. Just a great game.

Thanks to SASROB for the ideea !

I have played there a lot today and it was damn fun. I have the first buggy patch installed and had no issues! Sorry to hear that you couldn't enter. What server then?

I think I will buy it after they finish the whole making people pay for a clearly beta product phase. Or 2nd hand off ebay. So many people are pissed with it and selling their copies.

$35 new at Fry's isn't that bad!!! But yeah I know what you mean. Rush it out!!! The code on the network side needs some work. I haven't found a server yet that I didn't have "connection problems" with. (err well maybe one)

Honestly, I was pretty surprized that the first update was only what 16 megs in size. TBH I was kinda expecting the usual 120 meg

I tried it in a shopping centre lol. The demo didnt impress me so I walked into Harvey-Norman and sat down at a demo machine for an hour or two. Came away from the experience even more sad than I was about the demo. As for the update, I was ecpecting them to ship out some new cds :P

They will get the kinks ironed out though, and when that happens it will be nice.

I've set up a private server with the following details:

IP: serving.aoaforums.com
Port: 16700
Password: AOArocks

It's a little bit experimental right now, but it's AOA's server, so we get to choose what we want done with the server! Yeah, it's unranked, but hey!

Thank you Áedán

No worries about ranks here. Just want to have some fun and to know that I can cover Rondog's when he yells "I need backup" because he is not that good in fps
