Thumbs up AOA BF2 server
I've set up a private server with the following details:

IP: serving.aoaforums.com
Port: 16700
Password: AOArocks

It's a little bit experimental right now, but it's AOA's server, so we get to choose what we want done with the server!

Do I need the newest patch to play in this server, or is the DVD version just install, and kill everyone?

Try serving.aoaforums.com - I set up a DNS name for it just in case I end up moving it to a different server. Don't forget to change the port number.
