EA seam to have decided to replace <error handling>... with... <memory leaks>...

I never knew the two were interchangable... I guess I was wrong.

The store I took mine back to also said I was definately not the first they had seen request an RMA on BF2. I wasn't surprised.

Now that is how to belittle a product with style....

Well the tank sounds are good. Maybe the tank sounds could be salvaged from the game.

But thats just it. 2142 is simply going to be an expansion pack, with maybe 3 or 4 little half hour job add-ons to con people into paying the full "new game" price for it, instead of the half "new game" price, that its worth. If that.

It will have all of the failures and problems that riddle BF2. That's a given. Only, because they are throwing new crap into it, without fixing the problems first, expect it to be much worse.

My method does has it's limitations and time constrains.

On the other hand... it's been a while since I bought a game that my friends hadn't already played, knew the mods available and their worth. By the time I get to a game the patches are ready to go and when it loads, Damn! It plays just like that! ":O}

Pitch's patches (Sorry just came out that way!) has given Farcry new legs for me as well....OK mods really, but who could pass up typing "Pitch's patches"?
( Sounds like a Latin religious title!)
