Although i'm not too sure what could be causing it, have a search on google: Game: Ties that bind: reboot That would be a good one to use (the colons just help us humans to understand it easier and it doesn't affect the search results).

well, i figured it out, it was the sound settings i was trying to use, once i set ti to use the nforce drivers it works just fine......and man is this game twisted.....and super bloody. |

Well, it kept on crashing so i uninstalled the game and then ran the starforce removal tool to get rid of that peice of crap. This sucks, i wanted to play that game......good thing it was only 10 bucks. |
