![]() Codemasters is kicking ass again after Dirt !!! Grid will be here shortly and any other race game will be ashamed !!! |
| ||||
Apparently, the car handling isn't quite there with Grid, according to this article: Play.com Live - article - play With it being a PC game, it's bound to have some limitations because the average PC doesn't have the processing power of a PS3 Cell processor for handling realistic physics for every car on the track. |

Yea, having a Cell chip behind it couldn't hurt.

Would have liked to drop in EB to pick it up tomorrow but as it is i'll only have about 5 minutes to spare getting home in time for raiding Sunwell Plateau. Kalecgos must die.

Na man... New M3 is for posing. The old school M3, the E30, that was serious. Four cylinders, none of that forced induction rubbish, 5 speed, limited slip diff, and nothing else to get in the way. From an era when M3 were bought for lap times, rather than poontang.

So I bought it and its fine, but the update for GT5P fails consistanly while downloading "an error occured during the download". Reading various news sites and forums, it looks like people are taking an average of 5-20 attempts to get the update downloaded. That's just pathetic.

As luck would have it, it finally worked, on about the 10th try. Where is the GT-TV stuff though? nothing in there for me besides the intro movie. And wow, the M3 with traction control off, active steering off, and professional driving physics.
