| Err, Sega failed at the hardware market twice, and hardware is $$$$ to develop, especially as you then need to develop software for it too. That doesn't make a lot of sense in their current position.

| The current three consoles seem to be enough to me. There's no way anyone could hope to compete with the Wii, at this stage of the game. They'd have to wait until the next next-gen. I just can't see Sega stumping up the cash to develop a more expensive box to compete with the 360 and PS3. Especially given that MS has only just begun to see any profit on the 360. |
