Reccomended Upload for a Server??!??!

I want to host servers- i pay $78 for home phone- dls 1.5/1.5- but because of how far my house is away- i get like........ 640/256- is that ok for an upload to host a game? If not what is? Cause i have access to the OC90 backbone....... and T6 lines (T1x6)

I believe Pinky's UT server has half tham much upstream bandwidth, and his seems to do an OK job . . .

Low latency is more important than high bandwidth . . .

Like Jeff said, I am limited/capped at 40kbps upload, and I also tweaked the server software to send smaller pieces of information to keep each user connected with little or no loss in gameplay. Latency will kill a server, I've always experienced that with Phiber's server because there's a lousy internal roadrunner router between us that slows the connection times (not the throughput).
