Ouya console claims free-to-play games
By now you all know that I'm not a console gamer. In a different world it may have worked out, but this is an interesting idea for console gaming.
Maybe enough to keep console popular for another 10 years.
They are shooting for all games to be free-to-play. Either in a demo form, pay for subscription or all out free!
Looks like $95 or more will get you a controller and console that connects to your HD TV.
I'm probably not going to invest in this because my Rasberry Pi is going to by my personal gaming-to-tv console... at least when "they" start porting Android games to it.
But I do see some innovation here. I guess the only difference from playing on your phone is that you get the whole TV as your screen! Kinda nice...

Seems like a lot of puffery, but nothing really new.
I can already connect my phone to a TV, and play these games.
But, I don't play many Android games, when I have far better games on PC and PS3.
