Unhappy OCZ&lowMBps values

I have problem with data flow on my 256OCZ400 memory. I test it on my mobo in Sandra 2003,2002&2000, and in every version I have only 1950/1800MBps when I have FSB on 133, memory on 333 and max.values(CL2;1 bank etc.). I try to unlock my XP1600+, and on 200FSB I have memory also on 200 and max.timing values, I have score only 2450/2250MBps. Usually is score abot 2950/2800. I don't know where's the problem. Today I'll try this memory on MSI_KT3 mobo and we'll see. But I'll buy next 256 chip this week and now I don't know. Do you have any idea what can cause this low values??:nervous : It's possible that this memory is "slow"?? Thx in advance.
