TwinMOS RAM, who makes the chips ?

After the launch of TwinMOS's DDR400 RAM ith Winbond chips sometime in the summer, now a new type of DDR400 TwinMOS modules have surfaced. Apparently, these new modules use TwinMOS memory chips.
Since I am almost sure TwinMOS does not make their own RAM chips, I was wondering who is in fact the manufactrer of the chips ? Some say they are Winbond remarked, some say they might be MTec remarked, so which is it ?

Any difference OC-wise between the Winbond based modules and the new modules ?
