Dead PSU?

I have just spent the last couple hours checking out one of my systems. It appears to have either a PSU failure or a dead Mobo.
It wont post and no power to the fan header.
What I think I need is a wiring schematic with color code for the PSU. The cooling fan circuit starts, The H/d lights up but no post. I inspected the Mobo and don't see any hot spots, so I am inclined to think bad PSU. Any info would be appreciated.
