dumb, ignorant, stupid question!!

hey guys i gotta reall dummy of a question for ya see if you cvan help. I got irq sharing with my USB controllers in my device manager. I dont have any usb devices that im aware of both my mouse and keyboard are ps2. anyway apparently these controllers are using bandwidth also that i wasnt aware of, with no USB devices should it be safe to go ahead and disable these in the device manager? i know i know its kinda moronic but id like to disable these if im sure no adverse things will happen to my performance or PC!!

This isn't a dumb question! I think it's safe to disable your USB devices. I suggest that you disable your USB capability in BIOS first. If they show up in Device Manager after switching them off in BIOS, remove them.
