does any one have a 9700pro gigabyte heat sink i could have or buy??

tonight has been a bad night. got a gigabyte radeon 9700pro about 8weeks ago every things good till now that is turn on my computer and all the screen is messed up, tryed diff card everthings ok.
so im going to have to rma. problem is when i got the card it was running hot so took the fan off and srewed a 60mm on to it leaveing 4 marks on each side of heatsiink.
will they be ok with this or will they send it back to me 260£ out of pocket.
so...... if anyone in the uk has broken board with heatsink i could have i would be very please indeed. or i could swap for something.....maybe ££ take a look

give it a go, the worst they can do is refuse to RMA it and send it back, then you can get another heatsink on it and try again

your prob right, going to send it back and just hope for the best. i know its only a 3d card but im really p*s* off. just my luck

its also only the most expensive single component in most PC's so your right to be annoyed!
