Question Printer cable adapters

I am building a computer, P4, 2.4 Northwood on an Abit IT7-Max 2. What kind of adapter do I need to plug in my older monitor to USB port? I didn't realize that the mobo was legacy free, and would rather not have to buy a new monitor at this time. Thanks

OK now I'm confused?

Plug your monitor into a USB port?

If you are going from a board with integrated video to the ABit IT7-Max2 then you are going to need to buy a 1.5v 4x AGP video card.

Is that what you are talking about?
