| I managed to find some at http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/rnd-04.html for $6.50 ea.. not bad but damn.. I'm going to be spending over $30 for cables lol. |

| Try here ,great place for cables.Got rounded cables for both ide's ,both raid channels and floppy as well for 30.00.All different colors and sizes.They have great sales too. After posting ,I checked and they don't hve 24 single device either but you might consider the 24 or 36 in dual for 3-5 dollars.

| AFAIK, 18" is the maximum length spec for IDE ribbons. Before the 80-connector ones were necessary, in ATA 33 days, 24" or even 36" 40-connector IDE cables were available and not too hard to find, even though the 18" "rule" was still in place. Single device IDE ribbons are not easy to find.
