usb Problem?

Alright well i have k7s5a motherboard.. brought a case wit 2 usb ports in the front.. connected the usb wire and it still doesn't work .. do i have to activate it?

Two things,

1) make sure it is enabled in the bios
2) make VERY sure you hooked the wires up correctly!!!

alright i did.. and it reads it... i now have two hosts.. and two roots.. but when i plug something in it won't read... do i have to disable the other one or somethin?

i'd still go with the 'make sure the wires are the right way round' theres nothing really you need to do apart from enable it in the bios as Robbie said.
