Get to BIOS on Toshiba laptop

I just got a new Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 and it has WinXP Home. I want to put XP pro on it but I can't get into the BIOS to make it boot from the CD,

What is the trick?
I think I can install XP Pro by inserting the cd while Windows is running but I still want to get to the BIOS.
