![]() hi there i am just toying with the idea of whether or not to buy a ThermalTake XASER III 2000A case (XASER III website) and am concerned about a few things. the case looks FAB, and really nice. i am really concerned about the number of fans there are - doesnt it make a racket? if so, how do you quieten this beast down? unplug a few fans? resort to the Aquaris II cooling system? should i be better off going for a different type of case? please help! ![]() thanks in advance offie ![]()

That case uses 7 quiet fans. I just replaced the fan that they are useing as a case fan as the fan ontop of my CPU HSF. I also have 4 Antec case fans that are 80mm x80mm x25mm and the loudest thing in that comp is the HDD. I don't think noise will be that loud. Of course I just got rid of a Delta 68, and my case is full of sound proofing. But if it is to noisy then you can adjust down the temps with the front mounted fan controls that it comes with.
