Seagate SATA disk question

I have that disk, model 7200.7, serial number ST3120026AS.

AIDA32 and Sandra 2004 say that the max UDMA mode is is 6 but that's it's running at UDMA 5 and suggest me to change it.

How would I go on about changing it to UDMA 6?

Board is Epox 8RDA3+.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I have the same problem with a Maxtor drive using the same software you mentioned. As far as I can see the problem lies with the mainboard, my board, although it supports sata 150 it will olnly use udma mode at udma5 max. If you look further down the same report however is should tell you that the current transfer mode is sata 150. If it doesn't you need to make sure sata is activated in your BIOS.
