did you look up the water battery?
developed right here in my home town @ the university of alberta....self-charging water powered battery capable of being made so small that it can power nanomachines, or large enough to power a house.

the water battery uses tiny holes precisely the size of an electron, and "strips" the water of electrons. as well, water under pressure generates static electricity that they can use to keep the water flowing inside the battery, and keeping it active.
