help with memory speeds?????

why is there faster memory out there when the mobo makers just have not got the mobo to support it i run with the epox 8kra2 and it's saids that useing faster bus speeds could compromise the integrity of the system plues i can't find any mobo that uses this faster memory if u no of any mobo please let me know
