| Use the highest refresh rate you can. At anything below 85, I can see the flicker. Flicker can tire your eyes out really fast and give you a headache.

| The refresh rate is not important on a TFT, it just allows compatibility with the video card interface. At least it's not visible in the way it is on a CRT. This is effectively replaced with the response time. Anything at or below 16ms is good for gaming.

| Use whatever you find looks best. I was hard pressed to tell any difference on mine.
